Empire Isis second album “Brand New Style” is definitely making people talk. So many elements in this album come together in unison to make it memorable. Something that definitely stood out to me was her alluring personality. It really shines through her lyrics and vibe. I found most of Empire Isis’s lyrics to be witty and complimenting to the beats. Empire Isis’s catchy hooks kept me entertained throughout the album. I loved the production on “Brand New Style”. It was well mixed creating a perfect balance. The beats bass bumping with amazing melodies. Whether its chill music or party bangers, “Brand New Style has it. With music like this its no wonder that Empire Isis’s music has been featured in 8 shows, including MTV’s The Hills.

Standout songs on this album are Participate, Wont Surrender, and Four in the Morning. Participate is full of energy coming from the lyrics and the beat. I can see Participate becoming an anthem because anyone can relate to the song. Everyone has haters. I loved the beat in wont Surrender because it was sexy to me. I also liked Empire Isis’s swagger on 100 flow. The lyrics on Four in the Morning are insane. Empire Isis really gets deep on this one. Also add the killer guitar solo close to the end and you got an amazing track. Spitting through stereotypes, Empire Isis is proving to the world that she is a force top be reckoned with.
